All requests for appearances by the Atlanta Chapter Tuskegee Airmen must be submitted
no later than the first Saturday of the month preceding the event.
Example: requests for February 2009 must be received no later than January 3, 2009. Response will be sent by the fourth Saturday of the month preceding the event.
All appearances are subject to availability of the Atlanta Chapter Tuskegee Airmen.
